About

Hey!

I am an Australian actor and theater maker based in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Australia and the UK.

I am drawn to characters (of all genders) that ignite feelings and perspectives usually suppressed by day to day life. I adore exploring new work and have been a part of many developmental processes - including my own plays. I believe innovative and daring new work is vital to keeping theatrical culture alive. I am also interested in inhabiting classic and/or infamous roles and discovering what I have to learn from, as well as offer them. I have performed in theatre spaces across NYC, and have completed theatrical apprenticeships with organizations such as The Public Theater and Circle in the Square.

The work I create is diverse in tone but has a collective mission to resist bigotry, encourage empathy and combat shame. Whether that’s breaking the fourth wall in a psychological drama or drawing a connection between drag and the Catholic Church through physical comedy. Outside of traditional playwrighting, I’m a passionate deviser who believes in the power of the human body - a love that started in high school after participating in the Dramatic Minds Festival which sought to raise awareness for teen mental health (thank you Australian public schools)!

I am a firm believer in the artist as an activist. The work I do is always anti-fascist. I am a proud genderqueer dyke.

When not working I enjoy playing sport, sci-fi & fantasy stories and cats - just like any other lesbian.

BFA Acting: Brooklyn College (expected 2026)
